About Randy Dusenberry

Randy Dusenberry is a lifelong telecommunications professional, regional training leader, safety instructor, and curriculum developer with deep experience in lineman training, outside plant construction, OSHA compliance, emergency rescue, and leadership development.

He has authored multiple telecommunications and safety training programs used nationally within MasTec and has helped train new generations of telecom linemen through hands-on instruction, including pole climbing, pole top rescue, OSP engineering, fiber/coax print reading, excavation safety, confined space, CPR, bucket truck rescue, and field leadership.
